Shipping Policy

Our team requires 1 business day to process orders. Once your package is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends, and any expedited order placed after 2:00 AM GMT-06:00 will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free express (2 days) shipping with tracking worldwide for orders over $70 USD.

For orders under $70 USD, the express (2 days) shipping cost is $14.99 USD.

Typically, all packages are delivered within 2 days after you receive the tracking number confirmation. We use Express delivery service.

We use a premium delivery service. You will receive the package directly at your address. You will be able to contact the courier handling the delivery.

Yes, you can change the delivery address if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached. You can choose a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange.

Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive approval from Best Tanning Swimwear support department before shipping the product back. You will receive the full details for our return address, which is in Europe: Bulgaria, Stara Zagora city.
  • Please put the order number in the package.
As soon as we receive the returned product you will receive a confirmation and we will complete one of the following steps according to your request:
  • If you would like a replacement it will be sent within 1 business day. You will receive tracking information for delivery.
  • If you would like credit for future in-store purchases you will receive it within 1 business day via a code to your email.
  • If you would like a refund of your payment you will receive it within 7 business days.

Such fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for taxes or duties incurred on international orders.
You can change the products you have ordered as well as the shipping address or cancel the order before it is shipped to you. We usually ship orders within 1 business day. Once you receive a shipping tracking number, we cannot make changes because the order is already on its way to you.
